Green Sunshine Hands UP (United People) is a hands-on action group using the unique bond between artists and their fans to advocate, facilitate, support, and otherwise do whatever we can to propel people from their everyday private lives into their community with the means to incite positivity, address and provide for current needs, build relationships, and restore hope in our future, side by side.
